OUR APPROACH
We matched rolling project requests with healthcare communications consultants within PR-it’s collective in less than 24 hours. Project requests were sent in high-level email briefs with less than half of projects requiring short briefing calls. Flat fee quotes were provided swiftly and work was executed remotely. Although PR-it bills in flat fees, we submitted a weekly timesheet of hours worked for the healthcare PR agency’s billing systems.

OUTCOME
Over a five-month period, PR-it delivered a number of healthcare PR projects on an ad-hoc basis. We met all of our deadlines (no matter how tight!), and while all our projects came with one round of amends, the agency rarely took us up on that offer.
We produced a wide variety of healthcare PR materials including:
- Regulatory and data press releases with supporting Q&As
- Master Q&As
- Multi-country media map with executive summary deck
- Earned media angles
- Competitive analysis
- Landscape analysis
- Brand messaging
- Integrated communications plan
- Workshop decks
- Spokesperson briefing documents
FEEDBACK
We were delighted when a director emailed us:
“Thank you for all your amazing work to date. The team only has great feedback on PR-it!”
Followed by this note from a senior account director:
“You’re slowly becoming our saviour.”
