Case Study: Global healthcare marketing agency

After having a wonderful experience with PR-it, a former client contact came to us to fulfil an on-demand research project after starting a new position at a large healthcare marketing agency. The brief was to conduct an audit to recommend micro to macro UK-based patient / carer influencers and bloggers across a selection of disease areas.

OUR APPROACH

PR-it was provided an excel template to complete that requested in-depth information about each influencer across social media platforms including an analysis of topics covered, preferred platforms, prior pharma and advocacy-initiated campaigns, and industry affiliations. We also calculated a reach and relevance score to help the client prioritise influencer and blogger outreach.

OUTCOME

The influencer recommendations informed the invitation list for a two-day in-person digital health summit sponsored by the agency’s pharma client.
